Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an Associate Site Merchandising Manager to join our Merchandising Team based in Boston, MA. The Site Merchandising Senior Analyst is responsible for the development and execution of merchandising tactics for Chewy’s Healthcare categories, to ultimately improve site funnel metrics. This position will work with Category Managers, Item Operations and UX teams (among others) to execute various elements of the site merchandising strategy. 

What you'll do:

• Create and execute category specific Site Merchandising optimizations, determining the attribute structure, navigation pathways and landing experiences to best drive product discoverability and presentation
• Comprehend and extract information from ambiguous data sets to draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Provide clear plans of action to leaders, gaining alignment and providing progress road-maps
• Develop strategy for priority initiatives and lead implementation to drive results
• Utilize web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements and optimize site merchandising tools to drive category traffic and increase conversion
• Mentor peers in cross-category solutions and development of best practices
• Be a thought partner with Category Management to drive improvements to the customer experience, utilizing content, creative, and marketing that will improve category conversion and drive revenue growth

What You'll Need:

• College degree similar to Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics or Economics
• 3 + years of experience with an e-commerce platform with back-end operations (Google Analytics is a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; collaborate effectively with cross functional partners
• Excellent attention to detail and very organized
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL
