The TripAdvisor Flights team is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Associate Product Manager to support the product development efforts that power flight search results and advertising across all platforms. This role will also support product execution efforts for SeatGuru, a top consumer brand in the travel space. 

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team from business requirements to post-launch analysis. The role will also require interaction with a wide variety of teams including Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and other internal Product teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for consumers.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for the air travel industry as well as web products, technologies and platforms. They’ll also be innovative and able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, define products, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute on a product roadmap that supports business goals.
  • Gather requirements, establish milestones and manage the implementation and evolution of new features and enhancements
  • Develop fully detailed specs that include objectives, success metrics, use cases and designs for new features
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements that drive user satisfaction
  • Assist in managing the prioritization of new features and bugs.

 Additional role requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2C product management role 
  • Entrepreneurial passion and innovative mindset
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to write clear and concise product requirements, status updates and product results
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential
  • A passion for high-quality user experiences
  • Must be able to perform customary physical duties and meet appropriate social expectations of a professional office environment
