We are seeking a visionary and action-oriented Principal Digital Architect to support the design, implementation, and optimization of a direct procurement transformation called PROcure. This role will be instrumental in driving platform excellence, system performance, user adoption, and maximize integrations across our digital ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
- Administration: Define and enforce governance models, architecture standards, and operational frameworks across digital platforms.
- Security: Integrate security best practices into system design, ensuring data protection and compliance with regulatory standards.
- User Authority Amount: Implement role-based access controls and authority levels to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
- Platform: Architect scalable, resilient platforms that support business applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Environment Management: Coordinate the updates to the testing and production environments by communicating with all impacted internal team members and suppliers
- Releases: Lead planning and execution of system releases, ensuring quality assurance and minimal business disruption.
- Digital Adoption Platform: Champion the deployment and optimization of digital adoption tools to enhance user onboarding and engagement.
- System Performance: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Codification: Standardize architectural patterns, reusable components, and documentation to accelerate solution delivery.
- User Interface: Guide UI/UX design principles to ensure intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experience.
- Integrations: Design and manage integrations across enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.

IT Architecture
- Develops IT architecture solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
- Oversees compliance with architecture principles and standards.
- Advises on integration, migration, and adoption of open architecture.
Platform Architecture
- Designs platform roadmaps and ensures compliance with standards.
- Coaches team members and resolves complex modeling issues.
- Improves efficiency and quality of platform architecture deliverables.
Requirements Analysis
- Leads requirements gathering, documentation, and walkthroughs.
- Produces detailed functional models and ensures traceability.
- Supervises advanced use of analysis tools and trains others.
Target Architecture
- Develops IT blueprints and roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
- Monitors processes and resolves architectural modeling challenges.
- Guides less experienced architects and coordinates resources for future-state design.

- Deep experience in digital architecture, enterprise systems, and related domains.
- Proven ability in platform architecture, system integration, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, analytics, and user-centered design principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Details:
- Role is based in Mossville, IL and requires on-site presence five days a week.
