The Pricing Analyst supports operations by preparing pricing proposals, analyzing market rates, and identifying cost-saving opportunities in a specific division.

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting operations by completing pricing requests using a data-driven approach. This role is assigned to a specific division and is responsible for pricing new business opportunities. You will also partner with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities aimed at defining and improving market rates for Exterior Services.
Responsibilities
o Prepare pricing proposals for new opportunities
o Organize, analyze, interpret, and prepare reporting to understand key cost drivers and identify market rates.
o Fosters a positive team environment
o Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data
o Require general coaching and supervision
o Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Role Specific Skills
o Computer Skills: Advanced proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
o System Experience: SQL, Tableau, Python preferred
o Proficient project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.
Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree required
o 1-3 years of experience in analytics
o 1-3 years of experience in pricing strategy
Other Relevant Qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Mathematics is preferred.
Compensation:
- $60,000 - 65,000 annually
Pay is determined by several compensable factors, such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
