We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner (HRBP), Senior Manager to provide strategic partnership, consultation and support to our Marketing, Finance and Legal leaders and their teams. If you are skilled at building genuine relationships, finding opportunities for growth, coaching leaders, leading through a DEI lens, and are excited to co-create a high performing team in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you! This position will report to the Director, People & Culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic HR business partnership, consultation, coaching and support to assigned departments on areas including but not limited to organizational design, change management, people matters, performance management, employee engagement, retention, employee relations, and talent planning
  • Use data, experience and best practices to develop and facilitate the execution of strategic plans for assigned departments; collaborate with executive leaders to prioritize strategies and recommended solutions with business priorities
  • Take a proactive approach to retention and engagement by conducting stay interviews within the departments you support. Maintain a pulse on employee sentiment to ensure that all employees are having consistent experiences
  • Coach, guide and consult with people leaders on navigating employee matters, manage performance, and driving team effectiveness
  • Understand the unique needs, organizational landscape, strategic goals and language of assigned departments
  • Ensure equitable, thoughtful, and consistent application of people practices, processes, ezCater programs, and guidelines
  • Deliver and facilitate various talent processes and programs (e.g. employee surveys, performance management, skill development, new hire orientation, talent planning, etc.) 
  • Partner with the People team on various activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, separations, retirements, people matters, DEI, FMLA, etc. 
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Provide insightful interpretation of guidelines, processes, and legal guardrails
  • Lead, support, and contribute to talent management/HR projects and initiatives

What You Have:

  • 10+ years of total HR experience with 8+ years in the HRBP function supporting senior level executives
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, approachable, and personable; able to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
  • Action-oriented, detail-oriented and proactive; able to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities with exceptional quality and follow through
  • Proven ability to turn insights from data, trends and feedback into actionable recommendations and strategic priorities for the business
  • Experience successfully building, enhancing and optimizing talent processes/programs 
  • The agility to pivot as needed in an ever-changing environment 
  • Experience partnering with leaders to support organizational change through consultation and creating change management/communication plans 
  • A growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Program management skills are a plus
  • A thorough understanding of how to lead through a diverse, equitable and inclusive lens
  • Able to engage in courageous conversations, while maintaining integrity and rapport
  • Experience independently managing complex employee relations/situations/performance matters with consistency, thoughtfulness, and fairness
  • Proven ability to lead projects from conception to execution

The national cash compensation range for this role is $166,000-$200,000*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
