About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Paid Social Manager to lead and scale our Paid Social program within our high-growth, venture-backed company. This role sits on the Growth team and is responsible for owning our Paid Social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to shape Dandy’s creative and audience strategy, build a best-in-class Paid Social program, and work directly with Creative, Sales, and Growth Marketing teams to drive performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end management of Dandy’s Paid Social programs across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms such as TikTok, X, and YouTube.

  • Oversee campaign structure, audience strategy, ad creative, and landing page alignment to maximize efficiency and performance.

  • Manage budgets and pacing across campaigns, optimizing for monthly, quarterly, and annual growth goals.

  • Partner closely with the Creative team to inform new asset production, messaging angles, and testing strategies.

  • Develop and execute a testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, formats, and landing pages to continually drive improvement through experimentation.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to build enhanced reporting and improve channel analysis & optimization.

  • Collaborate with the Website team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in a Paid Social role, with at least 4+ years of hands-on Meta experience

  • Deep understanding of Paid Social platforms, audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance optimization.

  • Proven track record managing and scaling Paid Social campaigns internationally across multiple markets, currencies, and languages.

  • A builder that loves to be hands on and in-platform

  • Performance marketing & analytical mindset. We are very data-driven!

  • Experience in B2B or B2C high growth, performance-driven company

  • Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value

  • Overall track record of professional and academic success
