Position Description:
As the highest execution-level processor, the Order Management Specialist II plays a critical role in ensuring complex orders—including those requiring process definition or oversight—are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires deep expertise across various order types, systems knowledge, and data fluency, with added responsibilities around mentoring and peer support.

Beyond processing, this position supports controls compliance, project management, and order throughput management. Recognized throughout the organization, this high-impact role is designed for top-tier talent who are eager to contribute and grow.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals excited to build their career in a high-tech environment who meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quote or order processing experience in a hardware/software company or 5+ years of experience without a degree

  • Solid experience with Salesforce CPQ and exposure to Service Cloud

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to communicate clearly and concisely to minimize email iterations

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable troubleshooting transactions, investigating issues, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending corrective/preventative actions

  • Present, focused, and driven to provide an exceptional customer experience

  • A natural inclination toward continuous improvement

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Process and manage complex and high-value orders

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and compliance

  • Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding

  • Lead or support operational improvement projects

  • Serve as a key resource for audits and reporting
