Lovepop is looking for an ambitious Marketing Associate to support our sales, marketing, and design efforts as we scale our wedding invitation business. We are looking for people with a balanced mix of great attention to detail, passion for creating incredible customer experiences, and a desire to learn more about the intersection of sales and marketing.

This unique position offers the right person an opportunity to experience the full Lovepop Wedding sales and marketing process from lead generation to order delivery and to independently bring creative solutions for complex problems within the wedding industry.

What you’ll do here:

• Drive prospective customers down the purchasing funnel via SMS, email, phone, and chat and encourage them to choose Lovepop Wedding invitations
• Work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand customer behavior at different stages in the buying process and tailor our sales and marketing strategies to best align with the timeline of this considered purchase
• Collaborate on marketing programs to target prospective customers via SEM, Facebook, SMS and email marketing, direct mail, and more
• Update wedding invitations designs and propose new creative assets based on customer research and wedding industry trends
• Own perfect order post-sales process to ensure on-time delivery, customer happiness, and increased word of mouth referrals

What you'll bring to the table:

• A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, finance, business, or another related field
• A minimum of 1 year of marketing or sales experience, preferably with a direct to consumer CPG
• The ability to connect customer problems with data and independently propose creative solutions to address them
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding follow-up, follow-through, and organizational skills
• Excel proficiency and the ability to learn new computer skills quickly like SQL
