The Opportunity

A Transition Consultant is responsible for managing new Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) account installations and conversions. You will work on projects within prescribed timetables and resolves installation and conversion problems. As a Transition Consultant you are responsible for client relationship management during the conversion process. This role works closely with managers, and staff throughout the PRT business, including: sales, relationship management, plan administration, operations and compliance staff.

Your daily tasks would include but are not limited to:

• Manage PRT new account installations along with the project timeline and is responsible for adhering to deliverable dates

• Influence & assists others to meet time sensitive deadlines

• Responsible for the client relationship throughout the transition and ensuring all their needs are met

• Build & foster strong partnerships with internal partners to achieve results

• Ability to manage competing priorities

• Maintain a high level of urgency & confidentiality

The Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of Pension Risk Transfer industry experience

• At least 4 years Customer Service experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with expertise using PowerPoint

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Bachelor?s degree

• Project Management experience
