The Project Coordinator is responsible for implementing and sustaining the Hardware Education Itinerary which our Customer Success (CS) team will be provided with to help better learn about Toast customer hardware and troubleshoot issues in the field. In addition, this person(s) will work closely with the Quality Technicians and Engineers to stay updated on the latest changes/issues in the hardware/software domain.  The individual(s) we are looking for must be in good standing with Toast, their current team, and their leadership.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Ability to communicate software, hardware, and electrical failure modes, how they are perceived by customers.
  • Attend meetings with all relevant stakeholders to review any changes or new processes being implemented to ensure the appropriate teams are kept up to date.
  • Working with Tech Writers to ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Create training schedules for necessary departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
  • Review and/or edit content developed by other members of the team
  • Ability to implement revision control procedures
