Our engineering team is looking for talented individuals who want to bring our platform to the next level, expanding into new markets. Job Description:

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join us and help build, expand, and manage our cutting-edge health analytics platform.

You will be a key member of the IT team and will be responsible for:

  • Oversee all routine IT operations such as:
    • Monitor and maintain backups
    • Monitor and respond to server-side IT issues
    • Maintain hardware (replacing failed components)
    • Perform server patching
    • Staff IT Setup
    • Provide End User IT support to the staff
  • Setup new hardware and virtual machines
  • Enforce IT security policies
  • Review and maintain an accurate record of all auditable events
  • Coordinate all IT procurement with VARs
  • Maintain accurate inventories of all assets and spare parts; including service contracts with vendors

Minimum qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, or related technical/science field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a System Administrator in a Linux environment
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, MacOS, and Bash
  • Strong networking foundation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiar working with MDM system such as jamf, mobile iron, AirWatch, etc.
  • Knowledge of Ruby
