Who you are

You are somebody who can focus on the task-at-hand and complete day-to-day responsibilities efficiently, but also jumps on emerging opportunities as they arise. You are comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks that add up to bigger deliverables and aggressive goals. You have hands-on tactical experience, and have helped scale a process in order to support volume and growth. You are decisive and quick with things that come up, and skilled at navigating ambiguity. You know when to make an independent decision and when to escalate, and understand that this balance is meaningful to execute successfully in your role. You have worked at the intersection of many departments and are able to communicate and interpret many different perspectives, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You can latch on to our immediate goals and execute tasks efficiently, but are excited to evolve, adapt, and contribute to things as they scale.

What the role is

A key focus at Drizly is evolving our product offering for our strategic partnerships to better support the brands we work with while driving revenue. As supplier operations grow in scale - both in terms of sellable product offerings and volume of active programs - we need someone passionate about executing against these tactics and developing efficient processes for managing, and delivering on commitments. This role will expand our ability to aggressively pursue incremental supplier revenue while maintaining a standard of excellence for our partners.

Please note: this role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.

In this role you will:

• Track and publish supplier commitments, including banners, address captures, sponsored shelves, collection pages, sponsored listings, etc.
• Manage ad approvals via our third-party advertising platform
• Work with partners across departments to devise and implement process improvements for our growing suite of supplier products
• Help advise the development of long-term strategy to support an elevated volume of supplier users and our adoption of ad server technology
