Sr. Manager, M&A Integration

About the Role:
This role will be a part of the Strategic Finance - Strategy & Corporate Development team at Panorama. As the Sr. Manager of M&A integration, you will be responsible for shaping a replicable process for integrating acquired entities, and working alongside functional leaders to plan, execute and measure the success of M&A deals. You should be comfortable managing complex processes, communicating with senior-level cross-functional stakeholders, and problem solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for all integration efforts between Panorama and acquired entities
- Participate in early deal hypothesis and integration planning before deals are completed
- Work as a thought partner for leaders across People, Technology, Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success and more to craft and execute against M&A integration plans for specific deals
- Anticipate and plan for dependencies, roadblocks and risks across workstreams; consistently provide status updates to executive leadership and functional leads
- Develop and measure key metrics aligned to value drivers for specific deals
- Build and maintain replicable M&A integration processes that can serve as a template for future acquisitions
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 4+ years proven experience supporting M&A integration, corporate development, product management, or other complex and cross-functional roles
- Effective communication to frame problems, share insights and empower stakeholders
- Excitement around building and improving analyses and processes for the first time
- Capability to connect high-level strategy to day-to-day operations
- Thought leadership to raise the strategic profile and impact of M&A integration at Panorama to stakeholders internally and externally
- Business Intuition, Collaboration, Relationships, Advising, Negotiation, & Conflict Resolution Skills
