The role of Senior IT Manager, Supply Chain is to become a trusted advisor for the Supply Chain Business Organization. In this hands-on role, you will be the go-to resource to investigate Oracle ERP issues and address functionality questions and pain points, in the areas of Order to Cash, Manufacturing and Cost Management. You will recommend best practices in leveraging system technology to meet day-to-day business needs. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement realistic solutions that align with business expectations. You will interface with senior management to define a technology roadmap that aligns with key business goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Document system overlay onto business process flows, highlighting issues and gaps
  • Become a trusted partner with Supply Chain business users
  • Identify functionality to optimize Order to Cash processes
  • Generate and identify reports for senior management
  • Implement roadmap functionality

Competencies:

  • Able to scope, plan, and manage functional and technical implementations
    • Able to recommend best practices (with technical solutions)
  • Able to successfully perform business process mapping
  • Able to draft/publish SOPs and work instructions
  • Able to manage third party consultants and contractors
  • Able to publish training documentation and train end users
  • Flexible, able to work in dynamic environment with shifting schedule requirements
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Understands and is excited about Indigo’s purpose and core values

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience with Oracle ERP; 2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Education: B.S. or M.S. required
  • Supply Chain and/or Cost Accounting experience in an IT business role preferred
  • Working knowledge of: Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Order Management, and Cost Accounting & SLA
  • Demonstrated experience as a cross-functional team/project leader
  • Prior professional experience in a very fast-paced environment, ideally working in international markets
  • Experience in ­­­­­­Agriculture, Life Sciences or Manufacturing industry preferred
