We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our support management team. Under the direction of our VP of Customer Care, the Sr. Director of Vendor Management will have full responsibility for a contact center partner’s day-to-day execution and long-term success. We are seeking a leader who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and build a lasting partnership to help realize our vision of Delighting Customers through Expertise with Empathy.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Serve as the leader responsible for the partner’s overall success, managing operations to key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, efficiency, staffing utilization and retention.
- Drive continuous improvement of technical, operational and management processes and systems to improve long-term performance.
- Establish and grow the relationship between Toast and our partner to build trust and continuously raise the bar on mutual team performance.
- Be an ambassador for the Toast culture - helping to ensure every engagement with a Toast customer is aligned with our expectations and values.
- Travel of up to 25% may be required.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- 7+ years of operational experience leading support operations and/or vendor teams in a fast paced, high-growth volume environment
- Strong methodical problem solving skills, comfortable managing metrics and analyzing opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively operate both strategically and tactically.
- BS degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
