The Role:
The Specialist, Fulfillment Onboarding is responsible for onboarding key fulfillment partners
strategically located to support Thrasio’s fulfillment network. These partners support storage and
fulfillment operations for all of Thrasio’s brands, as well as replenish point of sale locations like
Amazon and other marketplaces. This specialist will be responsible for fulfillment partner integration
from start to finish including overseeing the planning, execution, and operational transition to align
with Thrasio’s best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the escalation point for fulfillment onboarding activities collaborating with all internal parties (supply chain, tech, finance, legal, brand management, etc.) ensuring succinct communication, unified efforts, and clarity around task objectives.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress in the onboarding process.
- Drive task commitments and maintain clear chains of accountability across the relevant internal teams involved in the acquisition and onboarding of a brand.
- Day-to-day tasks include applying Thrasio best practices to fulfillment partners, partnering with the Supply Chain Ops team to develop and implement new tactics for process improvement.
- Anticipate changes and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, roadmap
- future-state operations, and balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints.
- Develop SOPs and related documentation to share with internal users. Conduct training sessions as needed.
What you bring to the party:
- BS Degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, engineering, economics, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, or fulfillment, focusing on 3rd party vendor management. CPG and eCommerce experience are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management working with cross-functional teams, maintaining open channels of communication, fostering teamwork.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with project management software like
- Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, etc. required. Experience using Monday.com is strongly preferred.
- Ability to execute, influence, and drive decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hungry to learn and love seeking out new problems to analyze methodically.
- Demonstrated excellence in business writing, communication skills, process mapping.
- Self-directed and focused on finding resourceful ways to deliver on projects and tasks consistently.
