Key Job Responsibilities

  • Leading customer advocacy and setting strategic vision for the company
  • Identifying and smoothing out sharp edges that our customers experience
  • Working closely with Product and Customer Experience teams to improve and coordinate the customer experience
  • Finding new and creative ways to delight customers
  • Using customer feedback and data to drive strategy
  • Confidently collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders across the global business
  • Turning customer escalations into moments of delight

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in customer-focused leadership role at a software technology or SaaS company
  • Exceptionally strong executive communication skills and influence
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good business judgment
  • Experience creating compelling narratives with data
  • Familiarity with customer experience tools used for surveying, analyzing, and modeling customer feedback and data
  • Passion for customers
