Job Description:

The Sr. Director of Quote to Cash will be responsible for the strategy and management of the quote to cash technical teams. These teams are part of delivering on the most crucial pricing and packaging related requests aligned with Pluralsight’s annual objectives. S/he will lead a team of 20+ individuals to ensure we have a consolidated product roadmap and a strategy for fulfilling business demands today and for the future. This individual must excel at leading teams and thrive in an environment where s/he is given freedom to lead while also being held accountable for results.

What you’ll own:

  • Actively drives the development life-cycle from requirements analysis, feasibility estimates, design, code, documentation, testing, implementation, and support.

  • Identify and lead the implementation of new payments solutions across all segments (including but not limited to B2B, B2C, B2C2B), looking for future proof/innovative technologies 

  • Partner with business leaders globally to translate their business priorities into technical solutions, drive simplification and alignment across quote to cash teams

  • Work in an agile environment to lead a team that develops high quality, well-tested solutions which meet/exceed the project timelines and objectives

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of quote to cash technology capabilities

  • Keep abreast of current and future trends in payments and transaction services. Stay connected to the industry

 

 Experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 

  • 5+years or more at director level or above in leading team focused on Quote to Cash capabilities while managing Product managers and engineering team  

  • 5+ years of hands on experience with Enterprise quote to cash solutions:  Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Online payment ecommerce gateways, Integration tools (Mulesoft or Dell Boomi)

  • Deep knowledge & understanding of business processes including sales, operations, pricing and order-to-cash

  • Experience in application architecture and making rational buy vs. build and interface decisions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based Agile/Scrum projects.

  • Deep technical knowledge of web applications using web services (REST/SOAP/SOA/XML/HTML)

  • Solid experience with integration between multiple, highly complex systems

  • Experience in digital transformation of  $1bn revenue is desirable 

  • Hands on demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.
