Manager of Security Services
You challenge:

Under the direction of the Vice President of Information Technology, this position will proactively manage the organizational security posture to ensure the appropriate security measures are in place to protect business operations and corporate assets and facilitate their use by members of the Definitive community.

What you’ll tackle:
 

  • Review the security environment on a regular basis to stay ahead of security risks and trends
  • Develop and implement a security program for the organization including security governance, risk, a data and information plan and an incident response plan
  • Develop and oversee Cyber security related policies
  • Perform security reviews of third-party software and services
  • Manage and oversee security awareness training initiatives
  • Execute and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) security architecture
  • Performing on-going security tests such as vulnerability scanning and risk analysis


What you’ll need:
 

  • Knowledge of capabilities and application of advanced/innovative technologies
  • Embraces opportunities for continuous learning and innovation
  • Experience with computer programming and scripting languages.
  • An understanding of computer code, and what dangerous code such as virus or malware looks like and how to deal with it.
  • Understanding of computer forensics and security breach protocols.
  • The ability to perform security risk assessments and evaluations.
  • Experience with developing and implementing security procedures and policies.
  • Security Professional certifications such as the ISACA CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is preferred
