As the SFDC Product Manager, Hotels B2B , you will be part of an exciting team with business responsibility for the B2B and B2C Products within the Hotels Business Unit. You will lead the efforts to own the full SFDC product backlog, including grooming and developing specifications for the SFDC Engineering team to deliver, and driving cross-functional collaboration across various delivery teams to fully “ship” a product. We will rely on you to act as a consultative partner to Sales and other SFDC stakeholders, challenging the business to maximize usage of the full features and benefits of Salesforce.com, based on our various use cases. The SFDC Product Manager, Hotels B2B will have excellent business acumen and strong communication skills, as you’ll interface daily across our sales, marketing, engineering, accounting, and customer service departments. Acting like a true Product Manager, you will be a “go to person” for any and all SFDC needs, inclusive of high-level strategic efforts enabled by SFDC as well as day to day enhancements and bug triage.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the SFDC solution based on business stakeholder requirements; collaborating with SFDC engineering, product engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc. to ensure that the best possible solution is implemented to serve the business’s needs
  • Perform “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analysis to map Salesforce’s offerings and capabilities to the business stakeholder’s needs
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system and process improvements across multiple internal business organizations
  • Develop and implement best practice demand grooming and delivery processes to improve throughput in our roadmap
  • Support User Acceptance Testing of new releases SFDC platform stakeholders, including bigger projects, small enhancements and bug fixes
  • L2 Ticket support for incoming bugs and process questions from SFDC stakeholders, escalating to engineering as needed
  • Manage operational data quality, migration, and maintenance
  • Monitor and improve data quality - heavy emphasis on ensuring data quality

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Product Management experience, or similar experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, + at least 1 other advanced Salesforce Certification (ideally Sales Cloud Consultant)
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com for Sales, and experience successfully expanding on those capabilities through customizations and integration with external systems
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
  • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to provide insights to non-technical audiences
  • Relentlessly high standards, and are never satisfied with the status quo. You will drive your own career progression.
  • Professional maturity required along with great people and relationship skills
  • Bonus if you have experience with Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management
