Corvus is seeking a Risk and Response Manager to join its growing team and work alongside our VP of Smart Breach Response and Director of Smart Cyber Claims.
Qualifications
Background in cyber risk management, incident response, or cyber security
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Familiarity with insurance industry (cyber) preferred
Project Management experience
Highly organized, superb attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills supporting the need to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
The ability to serve as a subject matter expert as it pertains to incident response
Knowledge of cybersecurity and/or incident response and best practices
Can remain calm and inspire the same during high priority and highly tense incident investigations
Understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, the different tactics commonly used by adversaries, and how you would investigate, contain, and recover against their attacks
Responsibilities
Project manage the daily operations of our risk management services
Lead calls with policyholders and brokers to discuss cyber risk management and incident response
Timely respond to questions from policyholders related to risk management and cybersecurity
Work with product, engineering and claims to improve the policyholder experience in our tech
Work with data science and cybersecurity colleagues to alert policyholders to vulnerabilities
Organization of risk management communications internally and externally
Regularly meet with our internal stakeholders in order to understand their needs as well as to inform and demonstrate the value of our service
Be a liaison cross functionally throughout the organization
Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
