Renewal Specialist
As a Renewal Specialist, you will be building and developing enduring relationships within our vast customer base. Acting as a trusted advisor and understanding our customers unique business challenges, the SmartBear Renewals Specialist will act as a sales enabler to drive retention and customer loyalty for SmartBear products.
Responsibilities
- Strategically engage with customers to align customer goals with our solutions. Ensure account retention, development and growth of lifetime customer value.
- Expand and grow customer accounts through identifying needs and educating customers on the additional products in the software portfolio.
- Monitor and report customers’ product experiences and provide consultation and recommendations to improve performance and success.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales, account management or customer success experience, especially in software, a plus
