RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
  • Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Drive practice growth and development through leadership of collateral development, thought leadership, and internal awareness building, and evangelizing aligned with Learning Services' goals
  • Identify new business development opportunities and lead the efforts to respond to requests for proposals generated by the broader Business Consulting and EPAM teams
  • Take ownership of all Learning Services related activities. This includes budgeting, staffing of project teams and continued development (training and mentoring) of more junior team members
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify key gaps that will impact the organization; and develop and execute learning, enablement, or organizational design activities to close gaps
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders, senior level executives and large groups
  • Work closely with a cross-functional project delivery team (engineering, design, innovation, account management, etc.)
  • Consult on the best approach to close skill gaps with high-impact learning experiences and other enablement initiatives (i.e., documentation, performance support, digital adoption, knowledge management)
  • Apply adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design to all activities
  • Some travel expected


REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable. This experience must include leading learning and enablement initiatives, building learning organizations, and growing business
  • 10+ years of experience providing Change Management, Organizational Development or People Development solutions in support of technology-driven transformation programs
  • Viewed internally and externally as an expert on Learning; understands and speaks confidently; keeps current on trends within emerging technology, best practices and policies, uses broad base of experience to advise clients on learning experience design and learning organization solutions to keep in line with the rapidly changing business landscape
  • Knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Experience with sourcing, contracting, and managing localization, learning technology, content creation, and multimedia teams and contractors
  • Proficient knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
  • Expert knowledge of assessing learning and program impact
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
  • Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered
  • Resilience and ability to work under time pressure, manage workload and priorities
