The Customer Success Strategy and Operations (CSSO) team at HubSpot is responsible for defining and driving the customer success from concept through execution. To help fuel HubSpot growth, we are looking for a confirmed leader to help drive partner strategy and operations. This individual will work closely with the VP of Global Partner Success to develop a strategic plan for scaling our partner community and drive initiatives to bring the plan to life. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success developing data-driven partner programs, working cross-functionally at all levels, and delivering demonstrable results.

The ideal candidate is a change agent, comfortable with a dynamic environment and can shift readily between ‘big-picture’ and small-but-critical details, knowing when to appropriate time and concentrate on each. You are a collaborative problem solver that looks for high-leverage areas of the business to use data to create and present recommendations for business process improvements. You are excited about developing and continuously improving business processes, and you’re eager to drive change management in the context of a rapidly evolving subscription, SaaS business.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Serve as Chief of Staff, partner with leadership to lead and facilitate strategy and planning for the worldwide Partner organization.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to inform performance and productivity improvement and investment decisions across the partner organization.
  • Ideate and launch “listening devices” to measure and continually enhance the customer experience, including but not limited to ownership over the partners Net Promoter Score (NPS) program.
  • Evangelize and represent the Partner program across cross-functional initiatives at all levels.
  • Maintain the roadmap of Partner initiatives and drive accountability.
  • Work closely with Services leadership to form and scale customer success programs.

We are looking for people who have:

  • A good balance of business and technical/analytical experience and expertise; exceptional analytical skills is critical (working knowledge of basic statistics, regression analysis, etc, along with strong experience using pivot tables and the like to conduct analysis informing business strategy; SQL skills a plus)
  • A solid track record of successfully leading large scale (100+ people), cross-functional change initiatives.
  • Experience owning all stages of program and change management from ideation and hypothesis testing through gaining executive buy-in and field execution.
  • Extreme organization skills and are a self-starter who possesses the intellectual curiosity to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated bias for action; the successful candidate will be able to prioritize to balance the need for analysis with the imperative to deliver results.
  • Prior experience designing and executing causal experiments (RCTs) is a plus.
  • Prior experience managing teams is a plus.
