This is a remote/WFH opportunity, but candidates must be located in the Greater Boston/Southern New Hampshire area for training purposes.

In this crucial customer-facing role, you’ll help our customers execute some of the most important transactions of their lives! What you'll do as our Customer Support Associate:

  • Perform chat, email and phone-based customer support remotely
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Show dedication, focus, and the follow-through needed to drive problems to resolution
  • Identify platform bugs and call out appropriately
  • Provide product feedback and suggestions
  • Perform data entry and analysis as required
  • Other operational and administrative duties as needed based on business needs, bandwidth, and customer demands

  • Ability to diffuse tension and work out the issue at hand
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A flexible and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to patiently help others resolve tech issues. We’re talking complex stuff...like teaching your grandma to use Facebook :)

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a weekend schedule (6am-3pm Saturday & Sunday)
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Located near greater Boston area for training purposes
  • This position is for a Part-Time Employee (working fewer than 30 hours/week)
  • Confidence using a Mac, PC or Chromebook
  • High school graduate
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for technology

Nice to haves:

  • Higher education, especially in communication/writing-intensive majors, or previous customer service experience
  • Familiarity with mortgages or notarization

Compensation & perks:

  • $18/hr
  • On the job training and ongoing coaching and development
