LogicManager is looking to add an Order Management and Renewals Specialist to our fast-growing finance team. In this role, you will be a critical link between the sales and finance teams to optimize the customer order and invoicing process as well as the renewal quoting process. With a thirst for process improvement within a fast-paced organization, you will report to the VP of Finance.

What you'll be doing on our team

• Review all incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to company bookings and revenue recognition guidelines
• Partner with Sales to create subscription renewal quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review and evaluate current deal closure policies and procedures while challenging those that delay or complicate deal closure, invoicing, revenue recognition, commissions, and collections workflows. Providing a reasonable and creative solution to improve workflows
• Interface with sales operations to implement new processes and systems while maintaining accurate records within Salesforce
• Lead and assist in special projects as assigned; preparing timely and accurate results
• Contribute ideas and innovations on legacy policies that drive efficiency and compliance

About you and what skills you’ll need

• 2 – 3 years relevant work experience (order processing or A/R experience preferred)
• Flexible with ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment
• High tech industry experience with SaaS or subscription revenue model experience strong plus
• Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
• Salesforce, SalesForceCPQ, and NetSuite experience a plus
• Extreme attention to detail
• MS Excel experience
