WHOOP is currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join our growing Operations team. The person who fills this role will support inventory management and order processing and fulfillment, while working cross functionally with teams like Membership Services, Enterprise and Manufacturing/Supply Chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather monthly inventory reports from the 3PLs, analyze and report on monthly activity
• Establish inventory metrics and KPIs working with the 3PLs
• Organize inventory transfers to ensure we don’t have any backorders
• Help organize cycle counts and ensure accurate reporting is passed from the 3PLs
• Create ad hoc reports as needed on inventory, shipments, and orders from our internal systems
• Be an active member of the ERP implementation team for procure to pay related to inventory
• Collaborate with our Enterprise team to implement and sustain process improvements
• Ensure Enterprise Drop Shipments are received correctly and ship without a delay
• Ensure orders are set up correctly in our systems
• Collaborate with Membership Services to implement and sustain process improvements, including improving our RMA process to reduce incurred costs and customer wait times
• Problem solve to define scalable operational procedures for product recall/replacement/refund etc.
• Create SOPs and implement the procedures as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of inventory operations or warehouse operations experience
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Airtable, Tray.io, or Zapier is a plus
• Experience with ERP implementations preferred
• Shipping/ logistics experience, including setting up drop shipping, UPS/ USPS/ freight forwarders
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and freight/duty requirements & classifications
• Proficiency with Excel

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
