Operations Manager

Corvus is looking to hire an Operations Manager. In this new and highly visible role reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll drive process improvements across our underwriting process, leading to greater operational efficiency and scale. Our ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven problem solver who loves optimizing processes by analyzing, experimenting, and iterating.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of our underwriting process from end to end and identify gaps in technology and resources
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer and other members of the leadership team on scoping and executing process changes that drive long-term business value for Corvus
- Work with internal stakeholders (Product, Underwriting, etc) to understand current pain points and develop scalable solutions
- Report on the the effectiveness of process improvements and make enhancements as appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on process improvement experience; technology and/or consulting experience preferred
- Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements resulting in greater operational efficiency
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen with a passion for new technologies
- Self-starter who can work well independently while establishing and building strong cross-functional partnerships
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, and/or Domo is a plus
