The Robotics Product Development Operations Manager will lead as a thought partner across all functions to drive to the best for Shark - Robotics decisions on our roadmap and execution plans. The ideal candidate will thrive in an agile environment and embody the SharkNinja mindset. This position will contribute significantly to drive the critical trade off decisions to optimize the company’s top and bottom line.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own scenario plans and forecasting models providing trade off decisions for the executive leadership team
• Develop repeatable tools to drive efficiency in ROI analysis through industry / company knowledge with a strong understanding for resource optimization
• Support the measurement of relevant key performance indicators
• Oversee the evaluation of business performance and other key analyses that are strategic and of high importance to senior leadership
• Participate in Supply Planning and Costing discussions to drive clarity in product FOB
• Provide clear analysis to help decision making on long lead time parts sourcing to meet needs of roadmap and P&L execution
• Work cross functionally to build reporting infrastructure, helping to develop new SP&A processes and analytics that drive value add for all stakeholders
• Strong Individual contributor who is keen to role up their sleeves and dig into the numbers and present data backed opinions 

Requirements & Attributes:

• B.S in Business or Engineering, MS Preferred
• 7+ years direct experience (Consumer Goods Industry Preferred)
• Proven track record of managing several high-visibility, technical, cross functional projects simultaneously
• High level technical understanding of the various elements of complex electromechanical, Software and technical operations is preferred.
• Fast learner that can quickly synthesize ideas, information, and options into a strategy, plan, or response and effectively communicate it. Must have executive presentation skills, a collaborative approach, the ability to connect, and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Possess a strong bias to action and accountability
• Experience with complex products that include both hardware and software components such as Robotics/IoT and an understanding of the different techniques required to successfully execute in each.
• Six Sigma certification a plus
