As the Operations & Facilities Associate, you will wear many hats in supporting a fast-growing Robotic Surgical company. This role will work to maintain facilities vital to daily operations. You will interface with multiple departments to execute and maintain best practices in operations, manufacturing, assembly, inventory control, inspection, and material flow. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong sense of urgency, ability to work well with your hands, and a roll up your sleeves attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, premises and support organization as needed
• Support lay-out/assemble new FDA/ISO 13485 compliant space
• Assemble benches, furniture, and various equipment
• Receiving, inventory management, material movement, and organization support
• De-burr, inspect, and assemble electro-mechanical components
• Support our assembly, inspection, supply chain, shop organization, and more

About You

• Collaborative, team player attitude
• Ability to work with limited supervision and solve problems in a timely manner
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other software tools are strongly valued
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience with traditional handy work or DIY projects
