As an Office Manager, you'll work across many functions, including office management, site management, IT, event planning, shipping, and administration to ensure our teammates, candidates, and visitors have the best experience possible. You're a self-motivated team player who enjoys being challenged and wants to be part of a constantly growing company.

You'll be based in our office in Natick, MA, and report to our Manager, Corporate Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the ambassador of first impressions by making our team and visitors feel welcome from the start!
  • Maintain an efficient office environment by coordinating with vendors, maintaining and stocking supplies and inventory, helping with space planning, shipping, etc., so that facility runs smoothly
  • Partner with People Operations to support office policies and corporate events
  • Partner with Facilities to ensure a safe, pleasant and productive work environment
  • Manage our main phone line and shared inboxes and direct parties to right person.
  • Keep our AV, office and kitchen equipment running smoothly including some basic IT technical troubleshooting/help desk skills required
  • Liaise with managers for administrative and onsite support
  • Proactively solve problems and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with our CA office to ensure continuity between sites
  • Be onsite at our Natick location 5 days per week starting at 8am

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Able to handle multiple ongoing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Have a can-do attitude and enjoy taking on additional projects
  • Are a skilled writer with excellent grammar and strong follow-up skills
  • Able to articulate complex instructions and plans in a clear and concise manner in person
  • Enjoy taking initiative and prioritizing the importance of a number of different tasks without micromanagement
  • Willing and able to learn quickly. No task is too big or too small mentality
  • Passionate about culture and work environment
  • Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Enjoy learning new software packages and collaboration tools
