Office Manager

As our Office Manager, you will be supporting our guests in a variety of ways - we’re constantly thinking of new ways that we can level up the experience they have in our office. You will work closely with our Manager of Drift Experience to make sure both our physical office and “remote” office is operating like a 5-star hotel.
What you’ll be doing on the Experience team at Drift:
By month 3 you’ll…
- Have ownership over our Drift Book Club, Drift Anniversary gifting and new hire swag
- Greet people entering the office
- Direct people to the correct destination
- Organization of the kitchen/snack area
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Tidy and maintain the lobby and common areas and manage outgoing shipments
- Build, enhance, and spread Drift’s culture through the entire organization
- Work to amaze every employee and make Drift a company that people absolutely love
- Work with marketing team to plan and execute internal events
- Help to improve these areas and be a point person for employee questions
By month 6 you’ll…
- Master an ever-changing Digital First work environment
- Own Boston “office” function
- Drive projects forward that synthesize your employee interactions and internal Drift processes to improve the employee and guest experience
- Be consistently hitting and exceeding your employee experience goals
About you and what type of skills you’ll need:
- Ability to think creatively and stay within budget
- Willingness to engage in manual labor
- Calm under pressure and deliver results quickly
- Positive, self-motivated team player, with good attention to detail
- Previous experience maintaining building facilities
- Strong project management skills
- You’re a natural, composed communicator – you have a clear, personable, kind, and informative communication style
- You are curious, motivated, and driven by new challenges
- You are a team player. You are very comfortable asking for help and always ready to help others
- You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty (really)
