Office Manager

About the Position…
As our company continues to grow, the Office Manager will be responsible for leading a more organized and efficient effort to further continue our comfortable office life. Though this position will start as part-time (10-20 hours per week), we expect the duties of the Office Manager to grow.
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement to support office productivity
Organize office décor for a pleasant and efficient work environment
Assist in planning employee events
Coordinate office expansion activities
Support the formalization of policies and procedures to support our rapid growth
Desired Skills & Experiences:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pro-activity to suggest improvements
Excellent problem solver and critical thinker
Past experience with HR, Finance or other operational roles a plus
