About the Position…

As our company continues to grow, the Office Manager will be responsible for leading a more organized and efficient effort to further continue our comfortable office life. Though this position will start as part-time (10-20 hours per week), we expect the duties of the Office Manager to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement to support office productivity

• Organize office décor for a pleasant and efficient work environment

• Assist in planning employee events

• Coordinate office expansion activities

• Support the formalization of policies and procedures to support our rapid growth

Desired Skills & Experiences:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Pro-activity to suggest improvements

• Excellent problem solver and critical thinker

• Past experience with HR, Finance or other operational roles a plus
