Office Experience Associate

A key member of our HR/Talent Team, the Office Experience Associate will be an ambassador of WHOOP to visitors, guests, candidates, and employees alike. Your main responsibilities will include supporting our office spaces, and administrative tasks to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a safe and clean office space
- Plan and facilitate company events
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of office snacks and supplies in our HQ
- Support projects relating to HR, Security and Operations
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year experience in an administrative or customer-facing position desired
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a willingness to always go above and beyond
- A passion for health, fitness, and a world-class employee experience
This position will be in-person at the WHOOP HQ location in Boston, MA. Candidates must live or be willing to relocate to the Boston area in order to be considered for this position.
