We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Office and Experience Manager to help support Klaviyo’s exciting growth and expansion. In your role, you will partner directly with the office and culture team as well as with the People Operations team to create innovative and modern company-wide traditions. This role is critical, serving as an important liaison between our Klaviyos, Facilities, and the core People Operations team. By utilizing and developing key and unique skills, as well as the freedom to come to the table with fresh ideas and novel solutions, you will be fostering a culture of POSSIBLE. How you will make a difference
- Act as a cultural champion. Help to design our events strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to cultivate our culture. Develop a roadmap to further strengthen our focus on our values, improving our culture
- Partner with the People Ops and IT teams to develop and implement office procedures, ensuring a well-equipped, welcoming, and inclusive environment
- Partner with the Finance team on budgets, events and speakers, weekly lunch and learns, and more
- Work cross functionally to help design and implement large scale traditions and events (think holiday parties, summer outings, and other celebrations)
- Provide global support to all offices outside of Boston
Who you are
- 2+ years relevant experience working in a fast-paced, growing office environment
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Service-oriented mindset, treats our employees as primary stakeholders
- Collaborative and demonstrates high EQ - you need to be able to work with all Klaviyos and our external partners to solve problems positively and productively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
- Facilities and Vendor management experience a plus
- ADA and emergency services experience a plus
