Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the past two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest in 2019 and beyond. By 2020, Gartner predicts that over 50% of all online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking to build out our Mirakl Connect team.
Mirakl Connect brings together Sellers, Partners and Mirakl-powered Marketplaces on a platform that makes it easy for all members to promote their business, engage and accelerate their marketplace activity. We are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Marketplace Account Representative to join our rapidly growing Client Success team to extend our success. This Marketplace Account Representative will be someone who has either a demonstrable experience generating and prospecting sellers, or a passion for e-commerce and wants to participate in its ongoing revolution.
This role will act as a key player of Mirakl customers’ growth by recruiting new third-party sellers on their Marketplace. The Marketplace Account Representative will help:
- Identify, qualify, acquire and grow high-potential sellers through the right acquisition channels
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for joining Mirakl Connect and client specific marketplaces
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the seller recruitment efforts
- Support and train sellers to create and push their catalog online
- Develop a clear and thorough understanding of the Mirakl seller portal with deep knowledge of the features and functionality
- Meet or exceed seller onboarding targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Has 1-5-years experience in e-Commerce, Sales, Account Management, or Retail
- Buyer/Associate Buyer experience is a plus
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Has a data driven and analytical mindset
- Has an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
- Is a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic and high growth environments
