Manager, Service Desk

● Have a strong desire to continually learn and grow professionally
● Know how to identify training needs, in customers and in helpdesk staff
● Promote a mindset that focuses on experience rather than closing tickets
● Understand how to dissect a problem solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful
decisions made
● Know how to track and measure progress using multiple data sources, and can regularly report on
those measures
● Constantly review and coach others on their communication and documentation
● Are really good with people, you actually like people and enjoy helping them
Our Ideal candidate has:
● 3+ years experience in a Technology service desk / service experience /hospitality capacity
● Technical certifications in; Windows, Mac, Salesforce, Desktop Support, ITIL
● College or University Diploma
● A desire to meet their people face to face and travel to other office locations
