We are looking for a modern B2B marketer for our newly created role of Senior Manager of Global Campaigns. Located at our global headquarters at Copley Place in Boston, MA, this role will be to own and execute global demand generation programs that align with a target account strategy. Demand gen programs include the development, execution and reporting on awareness and direct response campaigns at both prospect target accounts and customer accounts. This includes but is not limited to integrated performance-driven digital marketing, email nurturing, and integrated direct marketing. This role reports into Marketing Operations & Global Campaigns and requires tight alignment and coordination with our content, website and field marketing teams to ensure the right messages are being directed at the right people at the right time. Success will be primarily measured by the ROI of activities and responses. Your demonstrable skills, experience and desire to iterate on the best marketing mix that delivers target account engagement, prospect/customer experience, and pipeline value will be what we’re looking for.

We’re looking for a seasoned B2B demand gen practitioner who operates with process, measurement, and analysis, as well as who has an entrepreneurial fire in their belly to experiment, challenge the status quo, and innovate the world of target account demand gen. And finally, a critical requirement of this position will be your ability to not just lead and execute global programs within a teamwork environment, but to eventually lead a global campaigns team. Responsibilities:

  • Hands on planning and execution of demand gen programs required for global campaigns to ultimately deliver high quality engagement of key contacts at prospect and customer target accounts
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience with executing marketing campaigns using personas, a buyer’s journey, segmentation, and SiriusDecisions waterfall principles
  • Manage program calendar, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are communicated and executed on time/on budget
  • Lead and innovate the next phase of our multi-touch [email] nurturing streams that includes segmentation, messages/offers, and landing pages
  • Track the progress of each program, keep it on course, and generate actionable analysis around the impact of all programs
  • Coordinate with content marketing, corporate communications (social), field marketing, product marketing and web operations (SEO/SEM) to align activity in support of broader campaign initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales - especially communication and readiness of our inside, business development team - for integrated direct marketing program execution
  • Lead continuous improvement of tactics through analysis of campaign performance key metrics
  • Establish execution best practices of strategy and tactics including creative, segmentation, media strategy and use of installed marketing technologies
  • Align and continuously communicate campaign plans, status, and results with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Manage and maintain a budget for multiple demand gen programs; including monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Deliver a cadence of reports including the maintenance of on-demand reports and dashboards and quarterly summaries that report on campaign success and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business or other related field (MBA a plus)
  • 4-6 years experience, ideally in a B2B technology company
  • Experienced user of Salesforce.com including working knowledge of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and how to use reporting
  • Experienced user of marketing automation (Eloqua preferred, but not required)
  • Fluid communication and presentation skills with the ability to present and defend plans for strategic analysis, recommendations, and conclusions
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills: The role is expected to bring innovative solutions to the broad range of complex problems facing the organization. Ability to frame issues in clear, logical constructs, utilize segment knowledge and conceptual thinking is critical
  • Strong project and budget management skills
  • Ability to lead internal teams and and/or manage relationships with a consultants and vendors
  • Self-awareness and assuredness with an ability to both lead and follow from all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrable business acumen, determination, accountability, self-starter, and teamwork values
