The Role:


As a part of the Supply Chain Ops team, the Manager, Fulfillment Onboarding will work with our new fulfillment partners to support our hyper-growth trajectory needs. This role focuses daily on meeting with internal and external parties to strategically plan and execute the onboarding and integration of Thrasio's fulfillment partners. This role will also lead and share fulfillment partner SOPs with the supply chain operations team. They must have the ability to communicate efficiently with our global partners and demonstrate top-tier organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, record, share internally the logistics and fulfillment practices of newly acquired brands warehouses and carriers and communicate internally.
  • Serve as the manager and be responsible for the payroll of transitional service agreement 3PLs.
  • Define the future state plan for the new 3PL partners aligned with Thrasio’s operations strategy and current foundational partner landscape.
  • Collaborate with main stakeholders to plan and monitor the integration of a new brand’s existing fulfillment practices into Thrasio’s network.
  • Lead, plan, and monitor 3PL onboarding project including inventory analysis and reconciliation, transportation planning, and execution.

What You Bring to the Party:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain-related discipline.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in fulfillment and warehousing or consulting experience, with a minimum of three years in process and business transformation, and change management.
  • 3 years supply chain experience within a fast-past structured large retail or e-commerce global organization preferred.
  • Ability to absorb a complex set of requirements (new systems, new partners, international locations, changing needs) and develop a clear roadmap with an actionable set of initiatives.
  • Previous change management experience and project management experience preferred.
  • Outstanding people leadership across organizational levels, functions, cultures, and geographies.
  • Self-directed and focused on finding resourceful ways to deliver on projects and tasks consistently.
  • Passion for excellence – Thrives in fast-paced environments – Exceptionally poised under pressure.
