Vista is a Remote-First organization with ability to hire in over 17 countries globally!

An Insider's view of Vista

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Moving to a remote-first environment has really helped my work-life harmony, (having three children under the age of 8 can be a challenge in itself!) and as an award-winning company for flexible, remote work I was drawn to want to be a part of this.

Craig Fish

Channel Marketing Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

Vista is building an awesome new website using world class microservices architecture, working on many innovative and challenging projects and building a variety of data products. We are a very agile company and work in teams of data product owners, data scientists and data engineers. We are consistently improving ourselves and data products.

Dorina Alimadhi

Lead Data Engineer

How does the company support your career growth?

I have recently taken up a new role in Brand Activations, having worked in Marketing for two years at Vista. Remote-first removed so much pressure from the process. Asynchronous and remote work has also helped me remain in work while having a baby. Without remote-first, I would have felt more pressure to leave work to be the primary caregiver.

Stephanie Tzortzis

Program Manager, Brand Activations

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

My favorite session of the week is the open office hours. On Thursdays, I set up a two hour meeting where I sit on our video call platform so my team can drop in and out whenever they want to is they need to have a chat with me.

Chris Goldson

Channel Marketing Manager

What is your vision for the company?

My vision as CDO is to transform Vista into one the world’s most iconic DnA-driven companies. We want all of Vistaprint to think of data like water: easily accessible, inexpensive and vital to our wellbeing. To turn this into a reality, we need to significantly grow our team massively over the next year.

Sebastian Klapdor

Chief Data Officer
