Oversight of specific system administration functions of a Domo instance. Includes documenting of admin processes, SOPs and templates for end user communications.

Must be able to fully grasp the complexity of administration and data management in a dynamic innovative fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to recommend and champion solutions that are appropriate for an agile culture. Must have the ability to promote user adoption thru positive influence and stakeholder alignment. You will also possess excellent troubleshooting and follow through skills. Your attention to detail will be a key success factor in this role. You must have the ability to follow guidelines even when faced with the pressure not to.

The goal is to ensure that the Domo instance is controlled and secure while providing high value service to its end users and the organization.

Role can be based Remotely (US).

Responsibilities:

• Day to day administration of all user accounts (onboarding, offboarding, account changes) per Compliance guidelines
• Managing all requests for Group creation, deletion and maintenance
• Executing admin level activities for card and dataset certification efforts
• Enabling of PDP protocols across the platform
• Monitoring/auditing activities including; assurance of security controls, adherence to PII guidelines, and asset cleanup efforts
• Set up and maintenance of Domo Workbench jobs
• Assisting in troubleshooting of issues in the Domo and Domo Workbench environment, act as liaison to Domo Support
• Documentation of Domo policies, SOPs and communication templates
• Participating in projects as required

Experience

• 2-3 years minimum experience in BI team with experience in system administration
• Extensive experience in Domo and Domo Workbench highly preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SQL
