The IT Support Manager will play a key role in growth of the IT Support function within Indigo. This person will ensure that the business is providing exceptional IT Service to both internal and external users. They will have ownership of support within the Boston, MA office and remote users.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a local team of IT support staff
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, peers and supervisors to provide top of the line customer service
  • Provide exceptional support to end users
  • Meeting SLA’s defined between support and the business
  • Improve support procedures
  • Assist in the maintenance and upgrades of Support Tools
  • Creation and distribution of IT Service Desk reporting

Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT or equivalent in hands-on experience desirable
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly pivoting environment
  • Experience working in an ITIL based service environment
  • Experience with Windows 10, Meraki, PowerShell and SharePoint desired
  • Experience with TPX-UCx, Atlassian Suite & Zoom Video Conference a plus

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
