IT Manager

Piaggio Fast Forward is looking for a talented and passionate IT Manager to join our growing team. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations and will manage the IT infrastructure at Piaggio Fast Forward. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about technology and security as well as the employee experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the Corporate IT function at Piaggio Fast Forward, working under the Sr. Director of Business Operations and partnering with all departments across the organization.
- Lead the IT department and eventually build out a team as the needs of the business grow.
- Manage the IT support function, including the ticketing system, procedures, response time SLA’s, and performance metrics.
- Continue to build out the Identity and Access Management program. Administrate the single sign-on solution and define account lifecycle management strategy.
- Implement and maintain endpoint device management for employee computers and establish consistent configuration and patch management practices.
- Ensure endpoint security solutions and policies align with industry best practices.
- Manage and advocate for company-wide productivity and collaboration technology, including telephony, chat, file storage, and share, video conferencing, and conference room technology.
- Oversee IT procurement, vendor management, and asset management.
- Oversee the maintenance of corporate office networks and VPN to support growth and expansion as needed.
- Partner with DevOps on engineering infrastructure
- Lead IT security initiatives and protect the integrity of our data and technology
- Partner with People Operations to execute on the employee onboarding and offboarding process. Work to automate account provisioning where possible.
Qualifications
- You have previously led IT teams of 3 or more people
- You are a player / coach. You have experience leading people, but are also able to roll up your sleeves and implement complete IT solutions.
- You are passionate about creating a positive employee experience and use a customer--first mindset when building out IT solutions.
- You are a great communicator who who can partner well with your customers, stakeholders, and team to keep everyone aligned and motivated.
- You have experience supporting Mac OS & Windows and have familiarity with Ubuntu.
- You have experience with Corporate IT foundational systems including: identity management, device management, anti-virus solutions, asset management.
- You have experience managing corporate IT SaaS solutions such as GSuite, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- You have experience overseeing corporate networks and conference room A/V systems.
- You are highly organized. With many people doing many things in a dynamic company, strong organizational skills—both for yourself and for the team—will be required.
