The IT Manager at Catalant is a critical role that will support all areas of the business in building a long-term, scalable strategy that focuses on employee productivity, frictionless interaction, and resilient solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Expand, develop and implement the IT vision at Catalant; source or build the best technologies to design a cohesive IT environment and strategy
- Assess complex business needs with multiple departmental stakeholders, directing the planning, justification, acquisition and budgeting for computer hardware, software, resources and maintenance
- Manage daily IT operations, including one direct report functioning as the help desk
- System administration for Catalant’s internal network, endpoints, and software
- Maintain and build relationships with hardware and software vendors
- Plan and execute improvements and expansions to Catalant’s deployment of Zoom and Zoom Rooms
- Work with the DevOps and Security teams to isolate and remediate gaps in security posture
- End user support as needed
- Participate in new employee onboarding as needed
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, IT Management or equivalent experience
- Proven success in an IT management role, preferably with a small team
- Strong knowledge of Jamf device management for macOS and iOS
- Experience managing Windows devices with Intune or similar non-GPO solutions
- A passion for automation and integration
- Experience developing and maintaining management scripts in Python and Shell languages
- Intermediate understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and how they can be used within IT
- Strong skills managing an Okta environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideas on enhancing the support experience for remote employees
- Mid-level understanding and experience of internal networking, exposure to Meraki networks is preferred
- An eye and ear to the ground for the latest in the IT world and how it will impact Catalant
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
