IT Manager, Oracle (Indigo Ag, Inc., Boston, MA)

Review business requirement documents and translate into technical specifications. Act as the go-to resource to configure and deploy various reports using BI Publisher, Smartview, FRS and OTBI, in support of Indigo’s global business model. Provide support for all E2E integration between Oracle Cloud and Salesforce, CPQ and TMS platforms. Lead design and code reviews, as well as architecture discussions by directly interacting with internal customers, as needed and managing customer expectations. Utilize knowledge in SOAP, REST API, SQL Plus and or PL/SQL. Analyze and troubleshoot problems, utilizing team members feedback, with high levels of transparency and respect, when making decisions and make recommendations for remediation. Improve efficiency of Indigo operations through automation for Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial Business. Act as the Indigo IT Developer partner for Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. Understand and embody Indigo’s mission and core values. Assist and provide support with cross-functional teams to implement realistic solutions that align with business expectations. Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle ERP technology to meet day-to-day business needs as well as scaling and automating for volume and growth. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to Indigo Ag, Inc., 500 Rutherford Avenue, Boston, MA 02129.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience leveraging Oracle ERP technology (including designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle ERP applications). In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of professional experience, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field, plus 3 years of professional experience leveraging Oracle ERP technology (including designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle ERP applications).

Must also have the following:  3 years of professional experience in technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules (including requirement gathering, technical design reviews, development and deployments of reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions); 3 years of professional experience using programming languages including Java and SQL/PLSQL to develop ad hoc reports; 3 years of professional experience working with API’s including REST or SOAP; 2 years of professional experience supporting change management and performing system integrations; 2 years of professional experience working with Oracle ERP processes including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Record to Report (R2R); 2 years of professional experience operating between business functions (including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales Operations and Commercial) to support Oracle ERP business functionalities; 1 year of professional experience developing reports in Smart view, FRS, OTBI and BI Publishers.
