Cricket Health is looking to add an IT Desktop Support Analyst to our growing team to help scale our interdisciplinary team of clinical professionals, working to improve the outcomes of patients with kidney disease. Your typical week would include onboarding a new colleague or providing training to existing one, building out a system to automate part of your job, responding to support requests, auditing access to our applications to enforce policies where necessary, and doing all of the above in a remote environment. We’re in this for the long-haul, so we also reflect back on how we can improve our processes and get better for the next time (and what we want to learn along the way). Most importantly, you get to be the connection between a health system that uses modern technology intelligently, and helping our patients live their best lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the productivity of our distributed, cross-functional team by equipping them with the best technology tools
  • Procure & maintain client systems and other hardware
  • Ensure the security and robustness of our network (WiFi, VPN, & related tools)
  • Communication platforms, including voice, video conferencing, for both internal & external audiences
  • Provide support to both local and remote staff
  • Conduct various administrative processes, as required in a HIPAA-compliant environment
  • Maintain a customer service mindset, even when you have to set (and hold) a limit

Required Qualifications:

  • Apple OS X Help Desk experience or strong Apple background
  • Experience administering G-Suite or Office 365
  • Experience automating or scripting administrations processes, for both efficiency and increasing quality.
  • Clear communication, both in writing and in conversation.
  • Genuinely enjoy helping users, be actively engaged in understanding their issues and offering personalized support.
  • Teach users to solve their own problems, through documentation, training or whatever other methods are most effective.
  • Discipline to follow checklists and processes, even when nobody else is looking
  • Familiar with MDM, Anti-Virus, Single Sign On, Video Conferencing
  • Experience using a help desk ticketing system or project management tool
  • Have a passion for making a meaningful impact on the health of our users, irrespective of their situation
  • Willing and legally able to work in the United States

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and vacation
  • Stock options + extended option exercise window
  • Generous health, dental, vision and parental leave policies
  • Contributions for 401k retirement savings plans
  • Commitment to building and maintaining an inclusive team
