The role of the International CRM Senior Manager is to partner with Indigo’s non-US business units & group functions to define, configure / develop & deliver value-added CRM solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce.com (SFDC) environments, CRM processes and overall end-user experience. This is a “hands-on” Senior Manager role requiring expertise with SFDC configuration & customization. This role will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring that the tactical & strategic CRM objectives of Indigo’s local country entities are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Become the go-to resource for Indigo’s International business units, addressing all questions, enhancement requests & incidents regarding CRM / Salesforce.com (SFDC) functionality
  • Build International CRM roadmaps & help contribute to the overall strategy for Indigo’s local country entities
  • Oversee successful International deployments of SFDC & lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects & initiatives
  • Develop KPI / reporting strategy for International business units
  • Effectively funnel business demand into centralized Agile Delivery process for prioritization / execution

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce.com (SFDC) configuration experience
    •  Expert with implementing, customizing and maintaining CRM solutions
  • Strong architectural mindset, with advanced understanding of relational data & overall capabilities of the Force.com platform
  • Extensive experience with automating complex business processes using declarative features, such as Process Builder, workflows, approval processes & validation rules
  • Experience with global SFDC rollouts
    •  SFDC Lightning experience preferred
  • Expert with configuring / customizing standard SFDC objects, such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Reports & Dashboards, with proven hands on experience building custom objects & solutions
    •  Knowledge of / experience with Visualforce / Apex development preferred
  • Proficient in security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organizations
  • Experience customizing / supporting contract management solutions including Salesforce CPQ, Docusign, Conga
  • Experience integrating different technologies & external systems with the Force.com platform
  • Experience managing a developer team during a major project lasting at least 6 months, strongly preferred
  • Experience working in fast paced, dynamic environment managing systems & solutions for a global end user base
  • Can travel internationally, up to 40%
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; SFDC Certification preferred (Admin, App Builder, Developer, etc)

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
