We are looking for an Integrity Risk Specialist to detect & eliminate high-risk user generated content submitted to our site and online marketplace, review reports of inappropriate content and identify ways to improve the performance of our tools and processes over time. You will work within Data Integrity and across the organization to help implement standard methodologies that optimize efficiency for the team.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the prevention, detection, and removal of biased and fraudulent content from the CarGurus site through investigation and consistent decision-making on high-risk content
- Enforce Data Integrity policies for dealer reviews by following protocols, documenting and communicating findings with internal stakeholders
- Analyze patterns to determine the participants and sources of review submission schemes
- Measure performance of internal detection methods, adapting processes to yield improved results
- Respond to reported integrity issues through escalation channels, take critical actions, and thoroughly document your findings
- Demonstrate knowledge of existing fraud patterns and trends to develop proactive detection methods in conjunction with our engineering teams
- Use Looker to supervise key performance metrics and analyze data trends
- Contribute to departmental or collaborative projects as needed
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of proven ability in payments, e-commerce, dispute resolution, fraud or risk investigations
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, take initiative and be accountable in as fast-paced, evolving team environment
- Possess strong analytic, problem resolution, and communication skills
- Self-motivated in detecting new ways to secure our evolving consumer facing marketplace
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with ability to be responsible for multiple priorities
- Results oriented with an understanding of critical metrics and how they’re used to improve team performance
