Information Security Analyst I
As an Information Security Analyst I at Bullhorn, you assist in the day to day operations of the Information Security team. In this entry-level role, you will manage the phishing simulation and corporate security training programs and participate in threat hunting, incident response, and security operations. A successful candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to grow in the information security field.
Why this job is important:
The person in this role will contribute to the day to day operations of the Bullhorn Information Security Team. He or she will help Bullhorn assess and respond to security alerts, deliver security education to the business, and manage the phishing simulation program. The person in this role will also participate in security projects, including implementation of new security tools and processes in the business.
As a Information Security Analyst I, a typical day might include:
Assessing and responding to security alerts
Managing the corporate phishing simulation program
Managing the delivery of security awareness and new hire training
Responding to security questions and requests from the business
Developing security response playbooks and documentation
Writing and distributing security policies
This job might be for you if you have:
A strong passion and desire to learn and grow in information security
Knowledge of technology principles like networking or system administration (Linux or Windows)
Education in the information security field
Experience writing enterprise security standards and policies
Candidates without direct security experience who have related education or experience (e.g. system administration or application development) will be considered.
Bonus points for:
Experience with one or more of the following security technologies: SIEM, Antivirus, Threat Intelligence, Firewalls
Scripting experience, especially Python
Security+, GISF, SSCP, OSCP, CEH or other security certifications
