This role serves as a customer on-boarding specialist for our Sales & Starter Products. You will be responsible for the customer’s post purchase introductory training. This includes business consulting, technical setup, and product education for the CRM, and starter sales and marketing tools.

We’re looking for Implementation Specialists to join our team to:

  • Act as a strategic consultant by establishing the business needs of each customer and delivering a tailored on-boarding plan
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact implementation and training services (via phone and web conference software) that drive adoption & sustained product usage
  • Engage the customer throughout their onboarding process by providing expertise on HubSpot tools, technical setup, and change management
  • Navigate the software and research and resolve complex software issues
  • Understand the business drivers for our customers and provide recommendations that will help them “move the needle” and meet their business objectives
  • Think critically about internal processes and utilize maximum efficiency and customer-centric methodology

Additional Qualifications:

  • You enjoy using your creativity and analytical skills to help customers grow
  • 2+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
